Refund Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Operator and Scope

FitNeko (the “Service”) is operated by Jeffery Huang. This Policy explains the commercial refund arrangements for Coach PASS and how duplicate charges, payment errors, and service failures are handled. For refund assistance, email support@fitneko.app.

Activation and Purchase Confirmation

Coach PASS is a one-time purchase that activates immediately after successful payment, expires at the end of its stated term, and never renews automatically. At checkout, the purchaser must confirm that they are at least 18 years old and agree to the displayed payment and refund information and immediate activation after successful payment.

24-Hour Goodwill Refund

A purchaser may request one full refund under this commercial goodwill policy only when the request is made within 24 hours after payment and every paid Coach PASS feature has zero uses. Any recorded use of a paid feature makes the purchase ineligible for this goodwill refund, without affecting the payment-error, service-failure, or statutory rights described below.

Payment Errors and Service Failures

Requesting a Refund

Email support@fitneko.app with enough LINE identity, transaction information, and reason for the request to let us verify it, such as your LINE display name or user identifier, order number, payment date and amount, and a description of the issue. We may reasonably request additional information to verify the transaction, but do not send unnecessary sensitive data such as a full card number, security code, password, or LINE login credentials.

Payment Method and Timing

An approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. The estimated processing time is 7–14 business days, but the actual timing is subject to ECPay, the card issuer, and any other payment provider involved.

Account Deletion and Remaining Days

Deleting your account yourself (Settings → Data → Delete account data) forfeits the remaining days of your Coach PASS and is not a refundable event; the app shows the remaining days and this consequence before you confirm deletion. This section does not affect the handling of payment errors or service failures above, or your statutory rights.

Cans and Statutory Rights

Cans are in-Service usage credits earned through logging and milestones. Cans cannot be bought, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

This Policy does not exclude, limit, or replace any mandatory rights or other statutory consumer rights. Whether a statutory cancellation right, cancellation period, or an exception applies to a Coach PASS depends on the individual facts and applicable law; this Policy does not categorically classify Coach PASS as exempt. If applicable law provides more favorable rights that cannot be excluded, those rights apply.
